As a Mobile & Computer Repair Technician, your responsibilities will include diagnosing and repairing various cellphone models, conducting software updates, replacing parts, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Mobile & Computer Repair Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of cellphone components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras - Ability to troubleshoot and repair common cellphone & computer issues, such as water damage, software glitches, and hardware malfunctions - Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet repair deadlines - Familiarity with different cellphone models and operating systems Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair cellphone and computer issues, including hardware and software problems - Replace damaged or faulty parts using appropriate tools and equipment - Perform software updates and factory resets - Conduct thorough testing to ensure repaired devices are fully functional - Keep accurate records of repairs and parts inventory - Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns - Stay up-to-date with the latest cellphone technology and repair techniques - Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer experience We offer competitive compensation packages, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth within our company.
