Workshop Assistant needed at our Service Department.

Peter’s Holdings Ltd. representing Nissan invites suitably interested candidates to apply for an opportunity to work in the position of Workshop Assistant with our dedicated Service Department.  
The key functions to be performed successfully are as follows:
KEY FUNCTIONS
Ensure that the workshop and its environs are kept clean and tidy and in accordance with company standards.
Clean and assists in the preparation of vehicles serviced by the workshop to Company standards.
Maintenance of a high quality of work.
Maintain a clean workshop floor. 
Assist the vehicle sales department in preparing new vehicles for delivery.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ability to read and write would be an asset.
Excellent customer service skills. 
Knowledge of procedures for handling hazardous materials.
A valid driver’s license would be an asset.
Basic knowledge of procedures to ensure the safety of fellow technicians and customers and vehicles. 
A sound knowledge of the cleaning and preparation of vehicles for delivery to customers (PDI and cleaning after servicing).
Must be able to carry out general duties and tasks, such as cleaning, washing and polishing of vehicles.
